Welcome to my homepage. I keep it simple, because I find nothing more boring than to create and maintain a webpage.

Here you will find various non amiga stuff (for amiga stuff, go directly on CdBS Software's page, CdBSSoftware.net).

VMU stuff

Here are some Dreamcast VMU stuff I coded:

RotoZoom
It's a simple rotozoomer.
ROTOZOOM.VMS

If you want to download it with your dreamcast:
ROTOZOOM.VMI

The full sourcecode: RotoZoom.zip

VMU utils

A custom version of the VMU emulator with a debugging opcode:

Windows binary

How it works:
I added a -d option on the command line, which allows to enable the debug mode by specifying a file where the debug stuff will be written to.
When debugging mode is enabled, the opcodes $50 and $51 are no longer flash rom access instructions, but debugging instructions.

$50 allows to dump the contents of an arbitrary address in the ram. It must be followed by a byte containing the address to dump, eg .byte $50,$12 will display the value contained at address $12.

$51 insert a linefeed in the debug file, allowing to make it a little bit clearer :))

It is recommended to write some macros to use these, something like this:

dump macro
.byte $50,\1&$ff
endm

linefeed macro
.byte $51
endm

Happy debbuging :)

VMU links

Some VMU developement related links:

Richard Munn's homepage: rvmu.port5.com, here you'll find a comprehensive directory of vmu developement ressources, a FAQ, and the Amiga VMU SDK.

Marcus Comstedt homepage: marcus.mangakai.org/dc/, here you'll find an assembler, an emulator, and various docs covering many things, including the cpu and the hardware registers.

I would have listed some others here, including John Maushammer, Sören Gust and VirtuaMUnstaz pages, which contains some really good stuff, but I don't remember their addresses, I'm too lazy to dig them out, and if you want good links about the vmu, you'd better go on Richard Munn's page, which contains a good list of ressources that I don't want to duplicate here.
